We build AI companies. Fast.

Mandrify is a woodshop for AI companies. We take one idea at a time and build it into a real product, with real customers and real revenue.

The shop

One idea on the bench at a time.

Mandrify is a company-builder with a simple operating model. One idea goes on the bench at a time. We find a problem worth solving, build the product, put it in front of real customers, and move quickly. The goal is not experiments. It is working companies: real products, real customers, real revenue.

Small shop. Short distance from idea to product. Build it well. Ship it fast.

01

Pick the problem

One idea on the bench at a time. If it is not worth shipping, it does not make the bench.

02

Build the product

Short distance from idea to working product. Built fast, built well, put in front of real customers.

03

Ship the company

When it works, it ships as a real company. Not a demo, not a deck. A company.
